A crescent sword wave coming toward Alex. Alex look at this sword wave, it was basically the same as Rieze’s sword wave, only a bit stronger. But Alex looks at John weirdly, he never knew John has this kind of hobby.

The two sword wave contact with each other. Sadly, John’s sword wave was immediately engulfed by Alex’s sword wave. After Alex’s sword wave destroyed John’s sword wave, it continued to move toward John. John panicked, “Wha!”

A shadow appeared between the sword wave and John.

Yes, the shadow was the princess. She uses her sword strike to defend Alex’s sword wave. After clashing with John’s sword wave, Alex’s sword wave already weakened. So even her sword wave was weaker than John’s Sword wave, she somehow manages to repel Alex’s sword wave.

Contrary to her, Alex was a bit astonished. Thought it was sure that Rieze’s sword wave was weaker than John. Alex felt something behind it, he felt her foundation was really good. Alex easily parried John’s attack. They sword clashing with each other for a hundred rounds. Alex was always on the defensive. So John becomes arrogant.

“Haha… After all your boasting, you can only defend yourself against me” John laughed like a mad.

Brandon from the audience seat looking at the hero with a pitiful look, “Too young, naive, and pathetic.”

John was like a powerful man but can’t use his power properly. On the other hand, Alex looks calm, like a deep black pitch sea wanting to swallow the object above. When John was training, he always killed monsters with the girls but he, Brandon personally knew, the monster they killed was already weakened because of his knight. If not they can’t really beat those monsters.

When he received the report, he pities Alex even he doesn’t know him. After all, that was their fault in the first place. He surprised to knowing Alex, a weak ant, now become a soaring dragon. Status, Power, Experience, He has all of them. He sighed.

Meanwhile, John Who attacking Alex flaunting his own power. Sandra and Ayaka also recovered and looked down at Alex once again. They thought Alex already become powerful, they scared a bit because of that. But seeing John suppressing him, They relieved. Especially Sandra, “I’m choosing the right choice, right?

“Haha…This is my power, not like trash like you. Because I’m the hero”

Alex smirked, He jumped off to distance himself from John. He looked at John with pity. All the image of his best friend back in middle school was shattered.

Noticing the distance, John arrogantly charged at Alex again. But he suddenly, His abdomen was hurt and he was blown away to the edge of the stage and passed out. Alex was surprised by this, he thought John as a hero had a big endurance to become a punching bag for a while since he wants to vent out his frustration on him.

It took a while for Sandra and Ayaka to realize what happened. Alex kicked John’s abdomen and send him away to the edge of the arena. Seeing John was in pain, crouching while touching his abdomen. They immediately go to his side to help him.

“You two better start now if not this will only become bullying” Alex mocked them.

“You!” Sandra looked at Alex hatefully.

“Fireball”

A swirling wind enveloped by fire was charging toward Alex.

Alex only sighed, he raised his palm like he wanted to stop someone.

“Did we do it?” Sandra focused her eyes on the fog.

But, it was soon feared her. Because she saw Alex standing like nothing happened when the smoke cleared away. Alex himself never feared Sandra’s fire because he has pure fire element, no fire can hurt him. As for Ayaka’s wind, it can’t hurt his rank 5 body.

Alex starts walking toward them. Sandra and Ayaka tried to use many magic but to no avail. Alex was still unfazed by their magic. When Alex arrived in front of them, Sandra and Ayaka look at him fearfully.

Alex first looked at Ayaka, he never has any feud with her. She only mocks him and also one of John’s admirers. She never did something like betraying him or the like. But somehow it was still pissing him off.

“Y-you! Don’t come…” Ayaka scared by his strength.

Alex’s fist suddenly landed on her abdomen.

“Gah!” She vomited some blood and blown away. she stops flying after she crashed to the wall and knock out.

Alex broke a few of her ribs, it will make her stay still for a few months. Alex already calculated. When he traveled to this kingdom, it takes four months just to arrive here from the closest forest from Zircodina’s capital city. These injuries will take her a few months. So when she arrived at Zircodina capital city, her injuries were already healed, even if she went back now

“Aiya!” The Dean shook his head looking at him. But he secretly thumbs up to Alex. He then turned to Brandon and smirked. “You won’t blame him for that right?”

“Hmph, even though she has a sage as her job, but her attitude was like a s.l.u.t and she likes to look down on people. She deserved it” Brandon snorted. “This brat was really sly. That kind of injury will be healed up in a few months. Even we rush our journey it will still take 3 months and that injuries would already be healed. There will be no proof to the king”

“Hiii…!” Sandra looked at Alex fearfully, after she saw what Alex did to Ayaka, then she imagined what will happen to her.

“Do-don’t hurt me…” Sandra started to teared up. “I-I was your ex-girlfriend, right? Considering our past relationship, please don-don’t hit me”

Alex looked at his ex-girlfriend pitiful state. Full of tears and snotted, she looks really ugly. Alex looked at her without any emotion.

“Alex…Please” She begged.

Alex looked at her coldly, as he said “How can I fall in love with you back then…?”

Sandra’s eyes brightened, he still remembered about their relationship back then, when she still his girlfriend(?). that’s mean she still has a chance to persuade him. “Right? You still love me and care about me right?”

Alex smirked a little, as he asked coldly “You think so?”

“Hiii…!” She scared by Alex’s gaze. If their relationship was not good. Then the last thing she can think was to flaunt about her job. “You…! you do know I was an archmage right? Are you sure you can escape unscathed if you hit me? I’m an archmage that was very important to Zircodina kingdom. Do you think…”

“Shut up!” Alex shouted

“Goodbye” as he said that, Alex make a round kick to Sandra’s face. Alex really ruthless, if he does that, Sandra’s face might be disfigured. Alex didn’t have any intention like that, he still controlled his strength. It might bruise her face a few months. He never any feud from generations with her after all. Because of her betrayer, he starts matured up.

Alex looked at her knock out, he sighed. One burden of his mind started to lift up. Alex then turned to John.

When he arrived in front of John. The arena becomes silent that even wind can be heard easily. Everybody gulped down. They wondering what will Alex do to the hero.

‘Will he killed the hero?’

‘Will he spared the hero?’

‘Will he dared to do anything to him as he did to the other girls?’

Many thoughts were present in this situation. Alex raised his sword and swing it toward John.

The Dean facepalmed and shook his head. Though he secretly put a big thumb up to him.
