Su Ye walked out with hiding his contempt.

The cursing of the noble students could be heard from the canteen.

No one challenged Su Ye.

Some of the commoner students saw this scene and laughed happily. They walked out with the same undisguised contempt.

The noble female student screamed, “Su Ye, who’s just a commoner, is really audacious! If we aren’t for Plato Academy, if we are somewhere else, I would have skinned him, fed him to the dogs, and dug out his spine and used it as a whip if he dares to insult noble …”

As she spoke, the look on the noble student in front of her faltered, and his body stiffened.

The noble student saw a blue-eyed girl in a white dress standing behind the noble female student, holding a big black bowl filled with vegetable soup.

The blue-eyed girl’s long hair hung down from her head and reached her waist, looking like the night sky. In the darkness, the stars were shining brightly.

Her thin lips were tightly pursed. Perhaps she had used too much force, that was why the boundary between her pink lips and her fair skin was particularly clear.

Her eyes looked like two blue Lakers that had already frozen.

The ice reflected the emerald green lettuce floating in the Black Bowl.

The female noble student did not notice it at all. She continued to curse in a shrill voice, “This kind of lowlife is only fit to live in feces…”

As everyone was looking, Palos raised the black ceramic bowl and slammed it heavily on the head of the female aristocrat student.

Splash…

The soup poured down like a waterfall and drenched the female noble student.

She was stunned, held her breath, and then took a deep breath as if she was coming out of the water.

“Argh …”

She let out an ear-piercing scream. As she wiped the soup off her face with her hand, she stood up, turned around abruptly, and shouted crazily, “Who gave you the courage…”

The moment she saw Palos’ ice-cold eyes and the golden necklace of Medusa on Palos’ neck, her voice suddenly stopped like a hen whose neck was suddenly squeezed.

“I… I’m sorry, Palos, Your Highness …” Her voice was trembling.

Palos raised her head proudly and slowly scanned through all the noble students nearby. She slowly opened her Spellbook and faced them.

A word appeared on the Spellbook.

Maggots.

Palos slammed her Spellbook shut and walked out of the cafeteria like an elegant white swan.

Even after Palos was gone for a long time, the nobles did not say a word.

There was no anger on the face of the noble female student. There was no meanness either, only fear was left.

No one helped her take the big black pottery bowl or the piece of too well-cooked lettuce away from the top of her head.

“It was a very fashionable hat,” some nobles grumbled in their hearts harshly.

In the afternoon, the atmosphere in the classroom was calmer than yesterday, but it was weirder than usual.

Only Su Ye continued to study as if nothing had happened.

Before the first class in the afternoon, Hort rushed into the classroom like a war elephant again. Although he still had a simple and honest smile on his face, he seemed to be enveloped by faint darkness.

Jimmy couldn’t help but ask, “What’s wrong with you these two days? I haven’t seen you in the arena.”

“Busy,” Hort said with a smile.

“Okay, okay, okay. You’re the busiest,” Jimmy said helplessly.

“Don’t delay studying,” Laker said.

“I won’t.” Hort smiled and touched his head.

The bell of the first class in the afternoon rang, and Nidern strode into the classroom.

The students were stunned and hurriedly lowered their heads to look for the timetable in the Spellbook.

None of the classes in the afternoon was taught by Nidern.

Nidern said, “Mister Cartelius has something to do in the afternoon, so this class will be swapped with my incantation class tomorrow. Before the class starts, I have something to announce. Su Ye, come here.”

The students turned their heads and looked at Su Ye. Now, they no longer laughed at Su Ye when he was being called by his name. Instead, they were quietly waiting for the final result.

Su Ye did not know what Nidern was going to do. He walked to the podium and stood in front of Nidern.

Only then Nidern opened his right hand and show the slightly blackened metal medal in his hand to all the students.

“For the sake of Plato Academy, Su Ye was entrusted with a mission at a difficult and critical time at the Magic Apprentice competition a month ago. He successfully defeated his opponent from the Noble Academy with a score of 3-0. Today, the medal has just been completed. The Vice-Dean, Thucydides, handed it to me personally and said that the honor of the academy will not be tarnished. Now, I will award this Black Iron Medal to Su Ye. I hope that every student can be like Su Ye, stand up when the academy needs him the most, instead of just saying empty words and not doing anything.”

As Nidern spoke, he pinned the Black Iron Medal on Su Ye’s chest.

Su Ye gently gritted his teeth, took a deep breath, and bowed deeply to Nidern.

“Thank you, teacher,” Su ye said.

Nidern looked at Su Ye with a pleasant expression written all over his face. He patted Su Ye’s shoulder, and said, “You are an excellent student, and you will be even more marvelous in the future. Now, go back to your seat.”

Su Ye nodded and walked to the fifth table.

“Good job, Su Ye!” Hort shouted.

“Yes!” Laker said loudly.

The students in the classroom burst into applause.

Su Ye felt a warm flow in his eyes. He took a deep breath and tried to remain calm. He sat back in his seat.

Nidern continued to lecture. During the lecture, he asked five questions, three of which were answered by Su Ye.

Su Ye answered every question correctly.

After class, the classroom was quiet.

Not long after, a few students came over to comfort Su Ye.

Everyone was extremely sincere.

The classroom felt even warmer in the afternoon.

The class seemed to have its usual calmness restored.

Till the third class, Hort thumped his right fist on the table.

Bang!

The whole table jumped like a startled rabbit.

The loud sound shocked everyone, the teacher and the students all looked at Hort.

Everyone was surprised to see that Hort’s face was red, and his eyes flashed with anger that could not be quenched.

This was the first time they saw Hort become angry.

“I’m sorry.” Hort hurriedly stood up and apologized.

“Be careful next time,” The astrology teacher, Teperast nodded. He did not punish Hort and continued with the lesson.

Su Ye looked at Hort.

Hort was silent for a long time. He used the Spellbook to write a message to Su Ye. He was afraid that he would not be able to control his anger.

Su Ye opened the Spellbook and quietly looked at the new message from Hort.

Palos stole a peek at the message from the corner of her eyes.

“Su Ye, be mentally prepared. I just learned from a classmate that a fifth-grade noble student named Carlos has officially lodged a protest with the school administration office, requesting for you to be expelled from Plato Academy. As for the specific reason, I’m not sure. My classmate speculated that Carlos must have had extremely important evidence to do so. This matter would not be as simple as the exam. I’ve seen Carlos before. He was usually very polite, unlike ordinary noble students who were so arrogant. I don’t know what ticks him off today. But, no matter what, you have to be careful. My classmate said that something is very wrong. It seems like he has forged a plan to come after you. I’ll forward my classmate’s message to you.”

Su Ye looked at Hort’s message again. Hort mentioned the key points, but there was no additional information.

“Thank you,” Su Ye lowered his voice and said.

Hort’s eyes darkened, and he lowered his head.
