Chapter 68: Deterrence, Submit!

Stage Four beings were far more powerful than Stage Three existences.

However, this level of strength was still way too little. Beings below Stage Four were just cannon fodder and ants in [Doomsday Online].

Only when one reached Stage Four would they be able to establish a weak foothold in the apocalyptic world.

Stage Three to Stage Four was when ordinary bodies changed into spiritual bodies. This allowed beings to control the strength within their bodies more easily; they could even use the different energies in the outside world to strengthen themselves.

But, the path to Stage Four was extremely difficult. Few were able to reach it. Once they did, their future achievements would definitely be quite good! They would also be famous in their area!

To evolve even further, one had to reach Stage Seven and beyond. That was a whole new realm!

As of now, with [Death Judge]’s enhancement, Link’s strength had truly increased significantly. Even though he was only Stage Two, he was able to fight against a Stage Four existence.

Since their leaders had passed away, these few hundred Stage Two humans all shivered in their hearts. They panicked, unable to even think about resisting.

Although the three teams were the Black Dragon Gang’s most powerful attacking force, they had no choice but to submit when faced with the threat of death!

Instantly, all of them kneeled down and chose to submit to Link.

Seeing this, Link nodded in satisfaction. Although he wasn’t a person who would easily kill others for small issues, he didn’t show any mercy to enemies either.

In the apocalyptic world, being merciful to enemies was the same as being cruel to oneself.

Link had seen lots of similar situations.

“Xinghe, control these people. If they dare to resist, kill them without mercy!” Link ordered. His tone was cold like frost. His tone felt like blades were going to cut them.

“Yes!” shouted Luo Xinghe in reply and started to integrate the members of the three teams.

Even though they would be able to tear him apart if they rioted, Luo Xinghe was still unafraid.

At the side, God Devourer continued to stare at them while exuding a violent aura, causing none of them to dare to do anything wrong.

If they tried to do so, only destruction awaited them.

Amongst these people, none of them was able to withstand a single blow from the God Devourer Ant. Their bodies would instantly burst apart.

Under the deterrence of absolute strength, the members of the three teams quickly came under Link’s control.

Not far away, a figure—shrouded in a blood mist—watched from a distance, not daring to come close!

It was Bloodseeker, a Stage Three, Level 10 being!

After seeing what just happened, Bloodseeker’s entire body violently trembled as fear flickered in his eyes.

He never thought that this ordinary-looking Link—who was only a Stage Two existence—could actually kill the three leaders and capture all the members of the three teams at the same time!

Previously, Bloodseeker even wanted to suck Link dry of his blood essence.

“After I successfully cultivate the Blood Demon Spell, I will come back and take revenge!” Bloodseeker’s will was shaken; he had discovered that the outside world was too terrifying—powerful humans and monsters appeared endlessly.

It was too dangerous. He decided that it was better to hide and finish practicing his blood spells first before coming out to cause trouble again. Bloodseeker even secretly decided to move house immediately after he returned to his base. He decided to bring the Blood Demon Altar and his other resources with him and go somewhere else…

He was afraid that Link might come looking for him.

Link was an extremely fierce existence; Bloodseeker couldn’t afford to offend him!

Although the two siblings wished to take revenge, they wished to do it personally.

“No need to bother about him!” Link shook his head slightly. He knew long ago that Bloodseeker would escape, but Link didn’t bother about dealing with him.

Bloodseeker’s strength wasn’t enough to cause any trouble for him; Link had no need to be afraid of him.
